Follows are the Monroe Local Schools ByLaws & Administrative Code concerning PSEO.  The ByLaws are the actual rules that have been passed by the Board of Education.  The Administrative Code is the related implementation methodology for the Bylaws.

Follows is the talk I presented to the Monroe Local Schools Board of Education tonight.  It concerns the inconsistent implementation of weight for Post-Secondary classes taken by students of Monroe Local Schools.  The ByLaws & Administrative Code concerning weighing PSEO is unclear and weak at best.

I was given a total of 3 minutes to speak tot he board.  Therefore, I created a three page document that I presented and to made a part of the minutes of the board meeting.
